*Resin is a solid/high viscous substance. It is similar to a cross between plastic and glass. Due to the thinness of the bookmarks, a slight pliability is normal

The item was ordered on the 15th and a shipping label was made on the 17th, the item was not shipped until the 23rd and did not arrive until after Christmas. The seller said it was shipped on the 22nd, this was not what USPS had in their system. When the item arrived, it was only 1 bookmark when we thought it was 4, I will admit that Might be my misunderstanding due to the picture on the thumbnail and the inability to choose the size I wanted when I ordered. Lastly, the bookmark is rough to the touch and needed to be sanded and another layer of epoxy applied. I cannot believe I paid almost 20 dollars with shipping for 1 bookmark that is not even well made.

The bookmark arrived well packaged and on time. My friend just started reading this series and I can't wait to give this to her as a gift! The book mark looks exactly as pictured!
